Information submitted through the support site is private but is not hosted within your secure CDD Vault. Please do not include sensitive intellectual property in your support requests.
The ELN allows users to quickly search for text based data (in the body and attachments of the ELN) and chemical structures using a simple and intuitive interface. To refine search results filter them by the author name, status of the Entries, custom ELN metadata fields, or by the projects to which the Entries belong.
Also available is the possibility to easily duplicate an ELN entry, which is handy for repeating similar experiments, or for creating new entries based on templates maintaining organizational business rules.
Sometimes you also might want to export the entries, and can do so either as paper-hardcopy (printing) or to a PDF file.
In addition, if you make an ELN entry in error or need to delete an entry we have a workflow by which your vault administrator can tag an ELN entry as Discarded so that it is hidden from view.
