If your password reset link has expired, or if you forgot your password, you can reset your password using the following steps.
An e-mail with a password reset link is sent out to this e-mail from email@example.com- you should receive it as soon as your account is created, or you password is reset. If you do not see this e-mail in your inbox, please check the spam folder, as it might have landed there. To avoid further e-mails from us going into spam, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts.
Note: If your vault has been configured with IP range restrictions, you will not be able to log in from an unlisted IP address. The new IP address will either need to be added to your CDD Vault by your vault administrator, or you will need to access the CDD Vault from an authorized internet connection.
