Information submitted through the support site is private but is not hosted within your secure CDD Vault. Please do not include sensitive intellectual property in your support requests.

Forgot password/password expired/No invitation email received

If your password reset link has expired, or if you forgot your password, you can easily reset your password. If you are a new user who didn't receive the password creation email (did you check you spam folder?) you can follow the same steps as in the case of a forgotten email.

Use the following steps:

  • On the log-in page, click the "forgot password?" link and enter your CDD username.
  • Your username is the e-mail address that was used to sign-up.

An e-mail with a password reset link is sent out to this e-mail from no-reply@collaborativedrug.com- you should receive it as soon as your account is created, or you password is reset. If you do not see this e-mail in your inbox, please check the spam folder, as it might have landed there. To avoid further e-mails from us going into spam, please add no-reply@collaborativedrug.com to your contacts.

Note: If your vault has been configured with IP range restrictions, you will not be able to log in from an unlisted IP address. The new IP address will either need to be added to your CDD Vault by your vault administrator, or you will need to access the CDD Vault from an authorized internet connection.
