Once you have saved a collection, use it as a starting point of your search, with additional search criteria such as a protocol term or a substructure: search will be applied only to the compounds in the collection.

Once you have saved a collection, use it as a starting point for your search. You can add additional search criteria such as a protocol term or a substructure, and the search will only consider molecules in the collection.
Advanced Searching
- Choose “Not in” to see all molecules that are not part of the selected collection
- Use AND to see the overlap between collections
- Conversely, OR will show you the molecules from both collections
- XOR reveals molecules that exist in one collection or the other, but not both
Order of Operations
When you have multiple terms the operator precedence is AND, XOR, then OR. Thus “A AND B OR C” would be evaluated as “(A AND B) OR C.”
