Information submitted through the support site is private but is not hosted within your secure CDD Vault. Please do not include sensitive intellectual property in your support requests.

Report a security problem

CDD encourages you to report any activities that you feel meet the criteria for a security incident.

Possible incidents include:

  • Attempts (either failed or successful) to gain unauthorized access to CDD or its data, including personal identifiable related incidents.
  • Unwanted disruption or denial of service.
  • Unauthorized use of CDD for processing or storing data.

Note that CDD's policy is to keep any information specific to your Vault confidential unless CDD receives your permission to release that information.
