If you’ve successfully logged into your CDD Vault account but don’t see any data, there are several possible reasons. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
Verify You’re on the Correct Website:
CDD Vault has separate servers for EU and US users.
Make sure you’re logging into the correct one for your account:
EU Server: https://eu.collaborativedrug.com
US Server: https://app.collaborativedrug.comIf you log in to the wrong server, your vault and data will not appear.
Confirm Vault Access:
After logging in, check the top left corner of the blue CDD header. The vault name should be visible there. If it’s missing, you may not have vault access or may be viewing the wrong vault.
Make Sure You’re in the Correct Vault:
Click the vault name in the top-left corner of the blue header to open the drop-down menu and select the correct vault.
Check Project Membership:
You must be a member of the relevant project to view its data. Only your vault administrator can add you to a project.
Select Projects for Viewing:
In the Explore Data sidebar, data visibility depends on which projects or datasets you’ve selected.
Check the boxes next to the projects or public datasets you want to view. If there is no project selected, Vault will appear empty.
